No Master Password

We do not use encryption keys derived from a “master password”. Instead, your data is encrypted with a true 256-bit AES key provided by the WWPass Key app during authentication. This effectively removes a potential single point of failure and bolsters the security of the data stored in PassHub.

Client-side Encryption

Within PassHub, everything gets encrypted right in your browser — not just your passwords or files, but even the websites you visit. This ensures that the PassHub server itself can't see any of this information. The key to unlocking the information in your account is exclusively your WWPass Key. That means only you — and anyone you specifically choose to share with — can see your stored data and records in PassHub.

Business Version

The business version of PassHub enhances control with integrated local user management and offers an optional connection to your company’s Active Directory. The system administrator can easily add or revoke user access and define specific user roles. Your company’s unique instance of PassHub can be configured either as a “Software-as-a-Service” solution or as a platform self-hosted by your company.
